Budget Vote and Board of Education Election – May 19
Pittsford residents are invited to vote on the Pittsford Central School District 2026-27 Budget and Board of Education Election on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the Calkins Road Middle School Gym.
The Proposed Budget of $176,522,427 is within the NYS Tax Cap and preserves current programming.
Propositions will NOT result in additional taxes or issuance of debt.
Three candidates are running for two Board of Education seats.

Pittsford Central School District invites parents/guardians, educators, and community members to take part in a collaborative conversation about the future of its schools on Saturday, May 30, 2026. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the cafeteria at Calkins Road Middle School. This community event will include reviewing focus group findings, exchanging ideas, and identifying priorities that will help guide the district in the years ahead.

Karl Dubash Appointed Assistant Superintendent for Business
On May 12, 2026, the Pittsford Schools Board of Education appointed Karl Dubash as Assistant Superintendent for Business, effective July 1, 2026.
“Mr. Dubash brings a deep and diverse background to this position. He has more than 20 years of experience in secondary education and school business administration,” said Superintendent of Schools Shana Cutaia.
