Financial Aid
FINANCIAL AID
In assisting your child with the college application process there is a lot to consider. As part of this process, you need to assist your child in filling out the Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA is available by December 31, 2023, and is to be completed by the student who will need assistance and documentation from you.
Completing the FAFSA is the first step to securing the possibility of receiving grants, scholarships, or student loans once you apply to a college or university. Aid can be awarded by some schools on a first come, first served basis, so it is important that your FAFSA information is on record with the schools either before or soon after your student applies. For specific due dates, please consult the individual college/university to which your child is applying.

The CSS Profile is an online application used by colleges and scholarship programs to award non-federal institutional aid. If a child is applying to a non-public school then they may have to complete a CSS Profile in addition to a FAFSA. Check the CSS website to see if your college(s) requires you to complete the Profile.
