Senior Yearbook Information

1/8 page ad: $30
1/4 page ad: $60
1/2 page ad: $120

The deadline for baby ads is Wednesday, December 31st, 2025.
Space is limited so please don't delay!

Below you will find our guidelines for senior portraits. Remember, there are many styles of photos that we will accept, such as:

• Your photo for your school ID
• A nice picture that your mom (or friend) took
• A photo taken by a professional photographer
• A photo that Mrs. Ebert took in front of the school (email me for details!)

Here are some things to remember when sending in your photo:

• Aspect Ratio of 4x5 in portrait/vertical orientation. Aspect ratio refers to the proportion – NOT the image print size for yearbook or file size, etc.
• File Size should be minimum 600 x 750 pixels OR 2”x2 ½” inches @ 300 dpi and, in addition, a jpeg file. You do NOT need to resize the image to meet those dimensions.
• Head and Shoulders Shot in Portrait Orientation, Color
• File Name Please save image as lastname_firstname
• Submitting your photo to yearbook:

All senior portraits should be submitted through Yearbook snap. To do this, follow the directions below:

• go to School Store
• Search for the school (Pittsford Mendon High School)
• Click on it when it pops up
• Scroll down (past where you can order a book)
• Click on Yearbook snap
• put in the access code vikings
• upload the picture

When you upload the picture, click on the option that says “portrait” also, don’t forget to save it as your name (lastname_firstname)

Please use the following link to submit your senior quote as you wish it to appear in the yearbook. Senior quotes are reviewed by administrators.

Please note that inappropriate quotes or quotes referring to violence or harm to others in any way will not be accepted.

Every year we have artists create a stick figure of the seniors in the senior class. To help these artists we ask that all seniors complete the form below to indicate your preferences for what your stick figure will be doing in the drawing. 

Some examples may include:

• Playing soccer on the field
• Acting on a stage
• Reading a book by a tree
• Hanging out with (add name of another senior)

Please fill out this form by December 31st so that our artists can have the drawing completed by February break.
